Kept Hidden in Secrecy

No secret has been able to keep in the dark for that long. Why? Because secrets doesn't make friends.

It spreads like a wild fire, no one can tame and stop it from the mouth of the human. You can't stop it from disseminating like a virus that can't be cured. That's why it's called a secret, to be kept hidden, to be not broadcast out in the open; a covert. "Secret are secrets, That's why they're called secrets and not books."  Most people have their own issues who would likely want to keep it to themselves or either to be kept privately. And some, also don't want other people sticking their noses up and meddling in their businesses.

People keep secrets all the time, either from friends, families, or even in relationships because they're afraid of being judged by others, afraid of how one will react if they spilled the beans or just simply because, they don't want others to know. They can't find themselves to tell the truth of what they're hiding. There's always a definite reason beneath it.

And you're wondering how that piece of bulwark and secured information got out of its hiding place? Well, you might left a clue, somebody caught you, it came out from somebody else's mouth, or either it can be the one who, in fact, kept and has the secret spilled the clandestine by itself who really meant to or just came out accidentally.

The truth will always reveal itself no matter what it is or no matter what the circumstances are. Surreptitious things are not meant to be in obscure places, so better yet, let all of those secrets out before it's too late and regret it for not telling it sooner. Secrecy causes even the simplest truth to seem wondrous and mysterious. But no matter how hard we try to put walls and our guards up to keep them close, it'll come out eventually.

Fairy tales. This is the one where it has its knight in shining armor, where maybe pigs could fly, and it might as well be that hell freezes over. Anything can possibly happen here, like all those pixies, princesses, princes, and one hell of a castle; and it won't be complete without its destroyer; the villain, who happens to be a sick wicked witch or either Cinderalla's vicious stepmother, who gives out imprecation to anyone she can possibly loathe, maybe seek for a revenge, where it'll all be backfired in the end. And who knows, she'll end her life pathetically pitiful, and finally, she will be out of this freaking demented fairy tale once and for all. But sometimes a villain is just a princess who has not been rescued.

And then, there's the princess where it all has to be dressed up in gowns, heels, face caked with make-up, hair in a beautiful up-do, and of course, it won't finish the whole princess look without its tiara. And why of course, there has to be called a "prince", where it has to forfend and fight for his loved ones, clash for the one who dares to hurt her. And BOOM. Happily ever after. This kind of stories doesn't happen nor will exist in real life, 'cause it'll all comes crashing down to reality. That one word, seven letters.

Reality. I gotta admit that this world is really confusing. Look at all those employees getting scolded by their managers just for making one such petty mistake just for messing up something they didn't mean to. My point is, you easily get hate for one small matter and get judged by others without knowing the real situation. Just assuming and making up things as always. Yes, fluky things like those in fiction can happen, but it'll all be messed up once again; happily ever after will be tormented and hopes and dreams will be shattered. Who would want that to happen? Cause this world isn't, and far away from perfect. I bet all of us mostly wanted to live in a fantasy, be a figment of something worth imagining. Cause in those storybooks, characters might go through hardships but it'll all be perfect in the end, and that doesn't exist in real life. There's nothing perfect in this world, cause even the universe isn't perfectly perfect.

It's really nice to live inside a dream but reality is there waiting for you to wake up in your peaceful slumber. Now that I've said it, I now understand why Peter Pan didn't want to grow up. Look at where we are right now, we're not inside a castle, we're not  in a garden full of fairies. We are here right now standing and facing reality. Deep down, I wished that life could be as simple as a fairy tale: Once upon a time. Happily ever after, then the end.
